(i mean it facking better hahaha shits not easy) cuz 1st week back in the gym after being on the road all month for roadies. this has been a hectic, excruciatingly sore and ultimately amazing week πŸ™Œ there were days i didnt want to get my ass out of bed bc 6hrs just wasn't cutting it for my bootay physically- but you gotta do what you gotta do.. it's all in the mind, you gotta condition it and your body will follow suit. took it one day at a time and even though it's been a tough week i know it's just going to make me stronger! i didnt start out loving legs day like i do now. i struggled just like everyone else, it's not easy to attain the mindset of pushing past the pain, erasing the voice that says 'i can't i just can't don't one fucking more', of actually enjoying it and revelling in it.. but once you're there.. once you do the work consistently.. the results will speak for themselvesπŸ™Œ . .

one of my goals last year was to focus on my legs and bring them up - and im super happy with the progress iv made so far! quad growth ftw! lol

been running 5k every morning - just thought id bump up my cardio and i just love running outdoors here so much! don't feel like stopping haha. didn't realize it was 5k till i measured it on an app. and course been following up the run with super green smoothies! love love love them! pictured are my usual ingredients and today i had a spinach, kale and mango smoozie πŸ‘Œβœ¨ perfection. they're not only high in fiber, have great anti inflammatory properties and are packed with antioxidants but are also great for detoxing. .
